Lex Schwefelholz, a once prominent doctor is now an Organ Dealer on the black market. His dream to return to the upper levels seems almost lost until he is finally given the chance to remove his Undesirable status and return to his rightful sector. Unfortunately, he must first deal with the loose ends of his current life: underworld rivalries, an invading terrorist group, and an outbreak of never-before-seen creatures in the lower levels. All in a day's work for an Undesirable trying to redeem himself.
